Default No lights on "Worcester 350" boiler

Was working fine earlier today but boiler now has no lights and no
indications on LCD panel.

Have switched on and off.

I've checked and 240V is getting to the circuit board.

Any tips or is it time to call in a repair man?

Any recommendations for a repair man in/near London SE3?

Many thanks
