I need to roll paint the outside of our townhouse in white.

However my neighbour is very fussy about my paint encroaching his side.

How can I get a distinct dividing line, what can I use the achieve this !!!

Judgement is the key,if in doubt miss half inch on you're side of the
brickwork.

Probably the best way would be to snap a chalk line where you want to
paint up to, then using a brush paint from the line back a few inches
onto your property, then roller the rest of the wall
