Default Philips ARG610

I have a Philips ARG610 fridge freezer which requires defrosting on a
regular basis. This is a single compressor type and it's meant to be
defrost free!

Does anyone have a link how these work? Inside the freezer bit there is an
additional small coil without fins tracing the same route/pattern and the
main cooling matrix. There is also an electric heater at the bottom of the
matrix compartment where the power from the heater seems to come from the
fridge part.

Many thanks in advance.
