I was given a Philips 20FT3210/35 20" LCD TV. It was a sample given by
Philips to my employer and then to me when it was no longer needed. This model is generally used in hotels, etc, with limited access to controls by guests. It requires a master remote to access full controls. The master is also supposed to be able to change it from commercial to consumer mode. Philips loaned me a master remote and I got it changed into consumer mode, but still cannot access the controls. I have followed the directions given perfectly but still no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions? Does anyone know of someone in the Seattle area that might be able to unlock the controls? I have checked the normal Philips service centers and no luck. Thanks, Julie |
