Default concrete drive

Any suggestions how to smarten up a concrete drive, without digging it up.
It has been down for 20 years and still sound, (6 inch thick) but looking
worn. It has one crack in it an two joints. Can tarmac be laid on top? Any
better products on the market?
Thanks
Neil
