Default Cupboard light with timed auto-off

I'm looking for a battery- (or maybe mains-) powered cupboard light with a
(ideally variable) timed off. i.e. You switch it on and it stays on
automatically for, say, 2 mins.

Anyone?

Thanks in anticipation

Use a time-lag switch.

You can set it to time off after a user settable period and it's
mechanical, (or at least the mechanical version is!), so it will work
on anything mains voltage or below.
If you're using mains just fit it in the circuit as a normal 1 way
switch or if you're using batteries then just amend the fitting as
required and divert the feed from the batteries via the time-lag
switch.

Ikea (which is Ikea Germany, but they'd surely have the same stuff at all
Ikeas?) had some in a bin. 4 AA batteries, round, press on, press off,
auto-shutoff after 5 min., red or blue plastic, translucent white dome, nasty
feel to the switch, but, hey: 4 Euro for two.

Don't Ikea also do cupboard switches, which work like those in fridges? Open
the door and they switch on, close it and it switches off again.

Lots of places do, probably better and cheaper as well.

The only Ikea ones I saw were these:

The cupboard door is not always shut so these might not be ideal. But, hey,
at £2.90 for 2, it's worth a whirl.

Thanks all

Try one of these (http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/TLPIR180.html) you
want something a bit more automatic. Have one in my bathroom and it works a
treat!
