Replacement for MSPS5384......still searching..
Anybody knows a replacement for a MSPS5384 transistor. It's from an old
Tandberg amp. Or at least, does anybody have any info about it? Already searched digchip, findchip, google etc.... |

Already searched digchip, findchip, google etc.... What's it used for in the amp? It's possible that it's not critical so you could sub something in easily. Also are there any more of them in the circuit anywhere? In a pinch you could remove a good one for testing, a DMM with diode check will easily identify whether it's NPN or PNP, and it's not hard to build a circuit with a few resistors to measure the gain. |

Yes, Thanks! SPS5384 gave results. Found someone with the same problem at
