It's precisely bills like this that drive most people with a desire to
kill their elected leglislators! Like the "No Smoking in Bars"
legislation in the Northeast, that has cost most bar owners more than
50% of their revenues, one has to wonder what sort of demented thinking
has prompted the enactment of this legislation.
