Default fa: low voltage 60 amp PWM LEESON motor controllers

there was some discussion a while back about motors and controllers for, if
I remember right, battlebots. I have tested and two rather nice LEESON 60
amp controllers - these would be good for that kind of application, as well
as for servo or other motor control from battery power
