Default Identifying F.E.Reed Lathe model

I bought an F.E. Reed lathe from ca 1930's. Can't find the serial number.

I need a new bull gear on the headstock spindle (the one the back-gear
engages), and a new headstock spindle bearing cap.

I can machine the cap, but am not versed in pouring and reaming babbits. I
am no good at all at hobbing gears.

The lathe has: separate feed and threading drives. The threading is done
via manual change gears, and conventional lead screw with the takeoff
through the bull gear on the headstock spindle. Feed is done via flat belt
drive from the outboard end of the spindle to a feed transmission that
drives the feed shaft. Longitudinal and transverse feed are taken from the
same shaft, so you can't do both at once. Longitudinal feed can be stopped
with an automatic disengagement clutch on the feed shaft. Both the
headstock and jackshaft are flat belt drive. The lathe comes equipped for
(and with) a taper-cutting attachment, but has no compound.

Ever seen one? Know of any parts sources?

A pic would be helpfull. F E Reed parts are out there, but you just
have to find them. I have one mysef that was missing parts, so I
converted it to a wood lathe until I coud find what parts I needed. I
have since found the parts, and have everything I need to convert it
back to metal cutting, however I use the hell out of it as a wood
llathe so odds are its gonna stay a wood turner.

1930's thats new compared to mine. I think mine was from about 1898. Its
sitting outside the shop in houston with a tarp over it. One day it might
get restored, or carted off for junk.
