Default plasplugs drill sharpener good or bad?

They have the Plasplugs drill sharpener at Costco for $30.
http://www.plasplugs.com/start.html under Sharpening.

Is it any good? I've only found one comment on Google and they didn't like
it.
Thanks
Karl
