There was a free Cincinnati 20" shaper up here a coupla years back too.
That one did go for scrap. The guy wouldn't let the vise go unless you
took the whole damn machine. He wound up tossing the vise into the
scrap heap too. But that had to be six tons of iron .. sigh.

Id love to have a Cincy 20", but Ive got absolutly no way to get 6,000
pounds of beautifuly machined and engineered, machine tool, home in
the Central Valley. I can get it unloaded here..but getting it here
is the killer. Sigh...
