You do realize that desertion only applies to military personnel on active duty. It does not apply to anyone else. Bush was not on active duty, therefore he could not desert any more than Clinton could.

So failed to meet attendance requirements means just that. It has nothing to do with desertion.

Wrong again. Bush was in the reserves. That is not active duty. He was suppose to report to the reserves.

Bush was not doing mandatory annual duty. So you are wrong again.

You might as well say that Bush was a child murderer because he did not attend reserve meetings. It makes as much sense as saying he deserted.
