Ok Electron heads...big question!
As others have said, a regulator & secondary transistor(s). AND a big
ass heatsink to carry away the 40 watts that the reg wastes (10a and 16-12 v). You'd probably be better to regulate down to 14v: better for the electronics & less waste heat. But the incand lamps wouldn't like it so much. Or are 12v lamps designed for 13.5v? Bob |
