The one true God is the one that does answer. Getting answers is
conditional, if you don't meet the conditions, you don't get a reply. Just
like talking on a phone, you have to dial the correct number and the person
on the other end has to pick up before the communication takes place. If
you left God a message and he didn't answer, maybe you didn't dial, got the
wrong number, or he's not on your contact list.
