in oups.com: hyster lift truck s40xms mazda 2.0 engine oil leak at bottom bell housing inspection port replaced rear main seal and oil pan gasket sill have leak engie has 27000 hr on it How many autos don't leak at 810,000 miles (from every frigging spot where there's oil)? At 27K hours, it's amazing it runs well enough TO leak! Lloyd |

@fx22.iad: 27K hours works out to a little over 3 years! Or over 11 years of 'normal' 10-hour a day, 240 day per year duty. And that assumes it's running the whole ten hours of every day. If it ran a more realistic 5 hours per day, that's 22 years of service. Yeah... I'd say it was a "high time engine"! Lloyd |

They make seals thet seat to a different depth ior some engines to get the seal running on an unworn portion of the seal surface. |
