Too bad the concepts of right, wrong, common sense, good judgment, fair

I partially agree. Easton, on the other hand, does a very good job of brainwashing kids into thinking that they NEED the super-duper bat (or hockey stick or whatever) in order to be competitive.

You're completely full of ****, as usual. The kids do this themselves.

I bought my son a fairly expensive bat that he just had to have. He

used it for a few games, then a teammate showed up with the

latest-and-greatest, the boys got to talking, and my son stopped using

his bat. That's the last bat I'm buying him.

I read an interview with the president of Easton on this very subject, and he admitted (boasted, really) about how they've got the kids wrapped around their finger.

He "admitted" nothing of the sort. You, being an anti-private

enterprise ****wit, just read that into it.

If we're talking about "good judgement" getting recognition in the courts, one might question the judgement of the team and/or the league in allowing aluminum bats in the first place.

Who the **** are you, George - the second coming of the Amazing Kreskin? How the **** do you know what I read or didn't read, and what the President of Easton said or didn't say?

I can spot bull**** easily. Yours is even easier to detect than most

others'.

Of course, I fully expect you to come back at me with some unrelated invective

You're wearing your "kick me" shirt again.

If a gave a **** about what you think, I'd find a link to the interview.

Ha ha ha ha ha! Sure, pally.
