Richard Charles Worthington, Jr., aircraft commander of a UH1H
helicopter that crashed on May 6, 1970. The bodies of only two of the
four crew members were found and identified by searchers the same day.
They stated that it appeared that no one had left the crash site. Eye
witnesses in overhead aircraft reported seeing Worthington running
from the aircraft.
