Default Kudos To The United States Navy!

Apparently, at least one branch of the military is about to grow up and
loose their 'laughing stock' all caps mentality! Congratulations United
States Navy!

No doubt, in writing they'll now 'appear' more competent; but even so,
after all this time it's not likely anything a military source
communicates will ever be credibleŠ
