i bought some from him just before xmas. i then found that costco has
brand new enloops for the same price.

Hell, Costco is easily the leader when they decide to carry an item.
I've been getting regular batteries there forever. And car batteries,
and a set of 2GC Golf Cart Deep Cycle for a customer's solar gate
system - It managed to kill a 27DC in 7 months.

Westlake stocks both the 6V and 8V golf cart batteries.

Now if they only had the odd stuff available like Solder-Tab NiCd and
NiMH, and Sealed Lead Acid (regular and the high-rate for UPS's) I'd
save myself a lot of trouble.

That, or I have to buy/make a battery tab spot-welder, and build my
own packs.
