Greenhouse Gases Hit Record High in 2011
Fracking has made carbon based energy cheap and abundant.
Doesn't matter what the UN or any government does about CO2. Just wait until the technology is applied in China, Africa and India. |

All that gas/oil and nobody around to use it. Ironic, wot? -- Good ideas alter the power balance in relationships, that is why good ideas are always initially resisted.. Good ideas come with a heavy burden. Which is why so few people have them.. So few people can handle it. -- Hugh Macleod My point is that fracking is a game changer and the preverbal cat is out of the bag. The UN can treaty away and it is not going to stop second and third world countries from developing CH4. IMHO Fracking and resulting cheap energy is a lonely light to the poor in second and third world countries. I predict the China’s apatite for coal is going to go away in 10 years replaced by domestic methane. |
