Everybody makes mistakes, Conservatives learn and don't want to repeat the mistake, Liberals forget what happened last time it was tried and want to do it again, expecting different results. What's it called when you want to keep doing the same thing but expect different results? Insanity? Todays Liberalism is for the insane! That is the usual definition of insanity. I keep hearing that, but I haven't seen it. I have an old PC running ME. The original OS install has survived three hard drives & five motherboards with no problems. I only use it to scan old manuals these days, but lots of penguin molesters kept telling me that you had to reinstall it every 30 to 45 days. It was used daily for over six years, and only recently got moved to the library where I store my out of print service manuals. OTOH, a lot of penguin molesters are too stupid to learn how to use Windows without causing problems for yourself. I've run a lot of operating systems, including some I'm sure that you never even heard of. i also found it interesting that the $80,000 Telemetry receivers we built had to run Windows CE before the US government would buy them. Linux and all other OS were listed as unacceptable. I currently have a half dozen computers running different builds of Linux, but it doesn't impress me. -- You can't have a sense of humor, if you have no sense. |
