Snip religious rubbish...

Try read what your founding fathers actually said:-

"As the Government of the United States of America is not, in any
sense, founded on the Christian religion, ...."
- Opening words of the 1796 Tripoli treaty, drafted under
George
Washington and signed by John Adams.

"I do not find in our particular superstition of Christianity one
redeeming feature.....Millions of innocent men, women and children,
since the introduction of Christianity, have been burned, tortured,
fined and imprisoned. What has been the effect of this coercion? To
make half the world fools and half hypocrites; to support roguery and
error all over the world."
-Thomas Jefferson

"Christianity is the most perverted system that ever shone on man."
-Thomas Jefferson

"During almost fifteen centuries has the legal establishment of
Christianity been on trial, What has been its fruits ? More or less,
in all places, pride and indolence in the clergy, ignorance and
servility in the laity: in both, superstition, bigotry and
persecution."
-James Madison

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion"
- American constitution

Get it ?

Hell no! No matter what the evidence or what the founding fathers
themselves said or what anyone says these religo-boys want their
religious symbols put up in public. That's all. Just their religious
symbols, nobody else's gets displayed in the public square. And they
won't understand why that's wrong no matter how much you try to
explain it to them. They want what they want and they want it now, and
that's all there is to it. It's up to the rest of us to stop them.
Which we just did. No religious symbols in our public square, got it?

Hawke

What's next? The American flag? Veteran's tombstones?

Why is it the Parakeet and the rest of the Leftards always leave out
parts of that Congress shall make no laws thingy?

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof"

They always post leaving off the STRICT forbidding of prohibiting the
free exercise of religion..and try to force it down everyones throat.

The Establishment Clause prohibits the federal, state or municipal
establishment of an official religion or other preference for one
religion over another, non-religion over religion, or religion over
non-religion.

Ah, no it doesn't. Three states kept established religions AFTER the
Constitution was signed. It only prevents CONGRESS from establishing a
religion.

And the damned Lefties generally ignore the rest of the 1st Amendment as
well...

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of
speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to
assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

"The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry
capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.
It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an
Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense
and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have
such a man for their? president.. Blaming the prince of the
fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of
fools that made him their prince".
