Default Made first money off of the CNC milling machine

Someone ordered 12 identical brass parts to be made and supplied
material. The biggest expense in terms of time was G code programming.
The parts themselves took 4 minutes per pair to make, but setup time
per part was at most 30 seconds, and I could do other things while the
machine was working.

It's just like fusion reactors.. you have to have scientific
break-even before you can have engineering break-even.
