Default Looking for cnc router, min 8.5" x 8.5"

Intended use is cutting material such as
http://metalworking.com/dropbox/ruler.jpg

2nd question: Guesses as to what material this ruler is?
30-40 thousands, Warps/distorts very easily if exposed to
any kind of heat.

What material would be less affected by heat?

And, where might I purchase this and similar material?

thanks

If its quite flexible, not brittle it may be polycarbonate.

Find a place that manufactures keypads and labels for electronics products.
I don;t know where you are but there'd be someone near you. I'm in a city of
~2M people and there are 5 or 6 places that have it.

Talk to the guys that make the labels / keypads about the specs you want and
they will tell you what you need. They can also route or punch it to suit
your needs if you want.

Search for membrane keypad / polycarbonate labels.

thanks
