Crackpots and loons always think they are smarter than everyone else.
They always think they are the holders of the truth and everyone else
has been deceived. It's part of the illness that they cannot distinguish
between reality and fantasy. They live with fantasy as their truth. It
never bothers them that everyone else thinks they are nuts because they
