Default OT-Self Defense in Chicago

A Robbins police officer at the time, Charles Lloyd was suspended following
shooting McKinney 24 times but eventually found work with Dolton police in
January.

Though an autopsy shows he shot McKinney 24 times, he was not charged
because Chicago police accepted his explanation that he'd acted in self
defense. Chicago police spokesman Veejay Zala said details of the
investigation into McKinney's death could not immediately be found Thursday.

One of ours felt threatened by the suspect and fire nineteen shots
from his Glock - shot four houses two garages and a garden shed, at
least that was all the holes they could find, and no blood was
spilled. The perp. has threatened to sue for wreckless endangerment!
