machine co Chicago Il. has surface rust motor works and lathe
spins. Lathe is as is no guarantee. Has not been used in

My guess is one can have that lathe for a box of doughnuts.

In southern CA, I have seen a number of lathes with accessories
(Logan, South Bend, Hardinge) go for free...you load it.

I suspect all the treasures that we have in our shops are worth much
less than what we think they are worth.

I have been asked by several people where the bottom is...I have only
guesses for them.

Deflation occurs a dollar at a time.
