It's almost a conspiracy.... your diet plays a HUGE role in your health,

very little real study or attention is placed on what (and how) we eat.
Instead we are asked to focus on drugs and treatments and blame heredity.

A lot of people simply wont give up eating garbage, but those that can and

The above movie got me started looking into raw foods.... it's a good
place
to start.
