principled and selected decent candidates in 2000, 2004 or 2008 the

The reason for the voter registration fraud was that Acorn hired temps as
canvassers and paid by the signature, rather than the hour, which created
a
built-in incentive for certain people to cheat in order to increase their
incomes. I don't think Acorn was directly responsible for the problem.

Nor did any of it result in any voting fraud.

Note that problem related only to registration; our state requires photo
ID
verifying correct address before a person can vote, so there was no known
fraud at the polls.

Then there was the Republican ****wit that was arrested by the FBI for
actual organized voter registration fraud.

And then there were the hundreds of ACORN personnel who slipped out the side
