You can keep rice for quite a long time. -- Ed Huntress I asked a friends husband this afternoon about the situation, as he runs a Chinese takeaway, and he said he heard about the potential problem about 3 months ago. As a result he bought enough rice to last him till October he reckons. At about 11 to 12 25kg bags a month that's about 1800kg of rice he has stashed. |
