Default Chinese labor costs must be rising

On page 10 of the manual for this little (but heavy) Grizzly G0619
mini-mill:

Items Needed for Setup

The following items are needed to complete the
setup process, but are not included with your
machine:

Description Qty
.. Precision Level ........................................... 1
.. Safety Glasses (for each person) .............. 1
.. Solvent .................................................. ..... 1
.. Shop Rags .................................................. 1
.. Metal Shim Stock ....................................... 1
.. Brass Hammer ........................................... 1
.. Power Drill (optional) .................................. 1
.. Drill Bit 9.16" (optional) ................................. 1
.. Hex Bolts M12-1.75 (length as needed) .... 4
.. Flat Washers 12mm ................................... 8
.. Lock Washers 12mm ................................. 4

In the old days, the final item would have been included in the crate,
supplied with a few bowls of rice for the trans-Pacific journey and
would emerge ready to help with the setup. 8-(
