Default [OT] Baseless Confidence -- It may take a defeat in November for the GOP to unlearn the lessons of power.

While democrats may take hope in Peggy Noonan's words, be warned that
she is a Republican, and worked for Regan. Anyway, she is often quite
perceptive.
