Default Aluminum thread load failure

Our customer has a question about thread failure.Is there any
imformation discussing like that

aluminum thread holes could load how much torque for stainless steel
hex cap screw,etc.?

Default Aluminum thread load failure

It depends entirely on the class [fit] of the threads, alloy/s and
individual variations in the clearance tolerances. There are sources
which have done the statistics to classify the minimum strength any
given thread will have. Look in a Machinist's reference book.

Using Heli-coils in aluminum will greatly increase strength.
