Default FA: eight 5 inch rubber (urethane?) rimmed ball casters

these would be great for tables or stuff in the shop - industrial
quality (used), rubber/urethane wheels will be quiet, lots chceaper
than new stuff - I wouldn't use them to move a 4 ton mill, but they
should be fine for a tool cart or ??
