Recognizing that "Cliff" is only software with no cognitive function,
I am still compelled to ask:

Are you contending that Clinton and Bush lied about the existence of
Iraqi WMDs, or that Clinton and Bush, like most of the intelligence
services of the world, were simply wrong?

Of course, this assumes that in a country mostly desert where many
arms have been found to be hidden, WMDs were not also hidden.
