Default Electrical Safety

DOE has published a handbook on electrical safety for its facilities:

http://www.eh.doe.gov/techstds/stand...bk10922004.pdf

It might be an interesting read for some here as it covers a few topics that
are relevant to those that wire their own gizmos.

Your tax dollars at work g.
