Default Cold saw blade speed

I was looking in the harbor freight catalog and found a 10" 156 tooth
cold saw blade for $11.99. That seems a bit on the low side the 10" 240
tooth is $69.99. What speed do these normaly run at? It seems like under
300 rpm. How much coolent do they require?
