Looking for somebody with a mill to help do some work.
I'm looking for an amateur machinist in the Escondido/San Marcos area to
help make a telescope. I've got the optical parts under construction (I'm teaching a class for mirror making) but need to have somebody that will do the aluminum mechanical parts. The big stuff that is needed is a mill and rotary table to do the round parts. A lathe would have to be over 15" to be able to do the work but there will still be a big need for a mill. If you're willing to work on this project, email me at bobmay-at-nethere.com or call at 744-8248 Thanks! -- Why do penguins walk so far to get to their nesting grounds? |
