One of the best file browsers for Windows is WinBrowse
by Nigel Thomas (I give the author because there are
a number of similarly-named programs out there.) I
finally gave up on Vern Buerg's LIST program (DOS only)
when I found this. You can view in either Hex or Text
mode and the screenview is customizable.
