Get some burlap or other cheap wetable fabric.
Hang it from above to the floor.
Put a lawn sprinkler so as to wet it from
the top ... one of those hoses with all the small
holes should work just fiine.

Now .. use a fan to blow the hot air OUT some hole
in the wall or roof while the outside air is sucked in thru the
wet burlap ...

Watch out for where any spare water drains - keep
away from the electrical stuff.

Simple.
