$800USD-ish or up depending on tooling. I have never seen a mill-drill
for sale anywhere around here (Pacific NW) for less than $700, ever.

I have in the San Francisco area. Depending on what model the mill is, I've
seen them down to as low as $350.

West of Toronto about 100K - Waterloo. You could likely get it for
something around $1800, with some tooling included.
