Default roofing material recommendation

I got a bid to put a new roof on the garage and would like
to know if anyone has experience or knowledge about the type
of shingles they want to use and whether a upgrade shingle is worth it.

Its a about a 40x30 area garage roof in wisconsin

they want
about 2000 dollars to do the tear off and
reinstall new shingles. with landmark 30
fiberglass shingles.

extra 270 for a ridge vent if I want it

extra 325 to upgrade to landmark 40 shingles

extra 650 to upgrade to landmark 50 shingles

anyone familiar with these shingles and or upgrade value

landmark 30
245 ilbs / sq - 70 mph
landmark 40
265 lbs /sq - 80 mph
landmark 50
300 lbs / sg 90 mph

thanks for any advise
