Default Fed up about cars end

G Big rocks are a better solution. They are less dangerous for the drivers bu

G they will leave some marks the car will be wearing for a while. They also l
ok
G more natural. You can plant flowers around them, land scape lighting etc.
G That is what the ritzy developments do here to keep people from driving aro
nd
G their gates and still not have an ugly fence.

I like Greg's idea! Word of caution: do not block the view around the
corner. The city made the neighbours on the corner cut short their
wild grasses which were in a garden area close to the corner.

If you do put something near the road call for a utility location. They will
come out and and flag everything for free to be sure you are not obstructing a
utility (cable, phone, water etc). That is the main concern with most
governments.
If this is on the outside of the turn it is unlikely you are blocking the view
but that is a concern if you do.
