I realize this is an old question but....
If you're trying to remove the front panel ease the knob off first be careful the whole thing is probably plastic like mine the frame comes off with some wiggling it's only secured with little metal "grips" then you will be able to remove the 2 screws (too and bottom) holding the front grate on
