elections in flux
OT It looks like the Georgia elections won't be decided in time for
Wednesday's circus at the US Capitol. Although all 4 have made their position clear, so it probably doesn't matter. What should matter to trump fans is that, if trump were successful in stopping the vote count on Wednesday and appointing someone to "audit", they call it, the vote, and if they were not done by the 20th, guess who would become President? Anwer below. Nancy Pelosi, at least until the vote counting was decided, but I have confidential information that she would not leave and she'd stay as president for the whole 4 years. How does that sound? |

Anwer below. Nancy Pelosi, at least until the vote counting was decided, but I have confidential information that she would not leave and she'd stay as president for the whole 4 years. How does that sound? Even the shysters aligned with Ted Cruz know this isn't going to work, that it will go nowhere. It's all Kabuki theater to keep the Trumpets mesmerized. Cruz, Hawley want to run for president in 2024 and they want the support of the deranged Trumpets. The problem is this. Had they been responsible and looking out for the good of the country, a few weeks after the election they should have started to gently let the Trumpets down, start to throw cold water on the crazy idea that Trump was going to reverse the irreversible. Instead, they've done the opposite, they have actually greatly increased their support for this destructive BS and lies. So now when it comes to it's predictable end, it remains to be seen what the results are with all the crazy Trumpets that have their pipe dream exploded suddenly. One thing for sure, Ted Cruz and company are not stupid enough to believe that this ten day commission nonsense is realistic. It takes years to get anything done in DC. They know that you can't appoint some commission, have them "audit" 6 states and have the results in ten days. It's beyond absurd. You couldn't even decide on who would be on said committee, that would take endless arguing. Then are these people waiting, ready to drop everything and start day one? First thing they would have to decide what exactly the allegations are, what it is that they should look at, what they need access to. That would take weeks. Then you'd have to work with the states, to see if they can by law provide whatever they will request, how fast they can make it available, where this work will be done, eg in GA, PA, etc. And then you'd have to actually address the intricate details, like was John Smith really living at 60 Howser St on election day or had he moved? Was it a permanent move, or were they away temporarily because of Covid? A Jane Doe died, but is she the same Jane Doe that voted? Is that signature really Joe's? You'd have to contact him. Do that across how many ballots? The loons claim that the Dominion software shifted votes. You're going to analyze and figure that out in ten days? Who will the expert witnesses be and when will they be able to start analyzing Dominon software? No, they know this is just pure BS, that there will be no commission. The sad thing is that aholes like Cruz, Kennedy, Johnson will stoop to this and that they believe they can fool the Trumpets with it. When Congress tosses it, then they will be running around saying it's another cover-up, all we asked for was ten days, the deep state screwed poor widdle Trump again..... Breaking news! Pence says he will not preside over the Senate on Wed, that he's asking Grassley to be the circus master. Oh, uh, Trump must be steaming mad. He was expecting Pence to just declare the two of them the winners, session done. |

This is also an opportunity for Pence to show he has a set of balls too but I doubt he does as they disintegrated over the past four years. |

Breaking news, Pence just announced he won't preside over the Senate for the circus on Wed, he's turning it over to Grassley. Oh boy, Trump must be livid. Time for a Twitter attack on Pence, he's obviously part of the vast, deep state conspiracy against poor widdle Trump. |

How does that sound? Sounds like fear mongering. Seriously, I hope she is less of an egocentric delusional paranoid personality than is our current President. Democrats can be dangerous too, especially if they continue to lie to us 'for our own good', because it also wears away at our confidence level in our government. |

Pence would prefer not to subvert the Constitution on Jan. 6. 2. But Pence feels a strong sense of loyalty to Trump. 3. And Pence wants to avoid a demand that he pardon Trump upon a Trump resignation Jan. 19. Supposedly Biden dug Vicky Nuland out of whatever garbage can she was hiding in. No wonder Russia is thinking about reactivating the nukes on wheels program. |

But I don't think Pence will resign because the Trumpets would view him as a traitor, making him a pariah. He probably thinks he's going to run in 2024. My post yesterday about Pence not presiding was on the headlines at the time, Grassley said it in an interview. Later he issued a statement, claiming that what he meant was "if" Pence did not preside, then he would. But in the interview he clearly said it without any "if". So, maybe Pence was planning on not presiding but Trump smacked him around again? Another odd scenario. The airport in Scotland reported that a US military 757 that has served as AF1 had notified that it was landing there on the 19th. So it looked like Trump might be planning to flee the country before the inauguration. But Scotland put and end to any such possibility, the govt said they have Covid travel restrictions in place, it includes Trump and travel to his golf course is non-essential. Ouch! Another kick in the ass on the way out the door. Of course knowing Trump, maybe we'll have an international incident. He could order the flight anyway, land there and then what would they do? Arrest him? With anyone other than this malignant nut case it would never happen. But with Trump, anything is possible and should be planned for. I'm sure there will be plenty of stories coming out in the next couple years of how crazy the WH really was, all the things they had to do to try to protect the country from Trump, to be prepared what the crazy moron might do next. It probably sucked up 80% of their bandwith that could have been focused on Covid, saving lives, moving America forward. |
