Default Shop-Vac closing operations in Williamsport, PA

You better get your parts and supplies for your Shop-Vac wet/dry vacs soon.

The company was looking for a buyer and had one lined up; whom bailed at the
last minute.

I think I'm OK - my 40 year old Sears Craftsman
is still going strong ! probably made by Shop-Vac ?
.. the cost of any repair parts would surely force me
to buy a new unit .. ?

Hopefully, there will be plenty of second source filters available.

I gave up on Sears brand filters many years ago.
