iirc he replaced the Senator from MBNA when Uncle Joe went to Washington.


Look at the vids when Uncle Joe was questioning the Clarence Thomas
nomination, the only one who can back flip better is Flipper. On second
thought I think they have a competition in the Dems to outdo each other.
