blowing transformers when i turn on ac. replaced the control board ,thermostat
and wire what could be the problem

A short in the 24V circuit to the AC unit outside or a shorted contacter coil in the AC unit?

You'll have to remove the Queer Electrons from the system. It's Queer Electrons that blow fuses and system components. You can find QE traps online that have a prepaid shipping label for shipping to San Francisco where there is a natural habitat for them. ^_^
