The above quote is what the Weekly Standard reported about the original
incorrect article that was published by London, England based Neon
Nettle.

The five states which have "Red Flag" laws, demand that the police
follow due process and obtain an order from a judge before seizing
weapons. Ironically one of those five states is Indiana, which has some
of the least responsible gun regulations in the nation.

More than a dozen other states, including NJ and MO, are considering
similar laws, but they also require due process and the involvement of
a judge or magistrate.

It is a positive step, but woefully inadequate considering the
magnitude of the problem.
