The above quote is what the Weekly Standard reported about the original incorrect article that was published by London, England based Neon Nettle. The five states which have "Red Flag" laws, demand that the police follow due process and obtain an order from a judge before seizing weapons. Ironically one of those five states is Indiana, which has some of the least responsible gun regulations in the nation. More than a dozen other states, including NJ and MO, are considering similar laws, but they also require due process and the involvement of a judge or magistrate. It is a positive step, but woefully inadequate considering the magnitude of the problem. -- "In matters of conscience, the law of the majority has no place."
